women over 40. I am 45 years old, lived in the South all of my life, hated
PE as a child because I had the WRONG teacher. Finally, as the only senior
in high school to take PE, the "right" teacher came along creating a platform of
health and wellness for me.
My disappointment that women are not taking better care of themselves, for whatever
reason, is driving this blog. Constructive comments are welcome, but no whining here.
This blog is to give those women who would rather not go to a gym ideas for training, and to share food ideas that do not include fried chicken and cornbread!
Each week will start with one work out(to be completed 2-3 times/wk.) and some options with weights, thus why weight?
Also, just because you're in your 40's doesn't mean you should give up...why wait?
Once this blog has 50 RSS followers, Real Body Video will make its debut. Nothing fake
about it...Don't wait...
